New Video of Tiger Woods Has Golf World Buzzing

Just a few months ago Tiger Woods announced his 2025 season was over before it even began as he underwent surgery to repair a torn Achilles in March.

“I’ve watched this 20 times and it’s so painful watching Tiger walk,” added a third.

As Woods recovers from his latest surgery, he’s keeping golf close to his heart – even if he can’t get on the course to play.

“As I began to ramp up my own training and practice at home, I felt a sharp pain in my left Achilles, which was deemed to be ruptured. This morning, Dr. Charlton Stucken of Hospital for Special Surgery in West Palm Beach, Florida performed a minimally-invasive Achilles tendon repair for a ruptured tendon,” he said in a statement at the time.

In early June he was spotted watching his son, Charlie, compete in Florida’s 108th Amateur Championship in Palm Beach Gardens. Woods, three months out from his surgery, was already out of a walking boot, but was seated in a golf cart to get around the course.

A month and a half later, the 15-time major champion was spotted in a new video while walking around the latest golf course designed by his TGR Design.

“My @tgrdesignbytw team and I made a special visit to Marcella Club in Park City, Utah to witness the incredible progress we’re making. We walked the site, saw the new sod which is already installed on several holes, and directed final shaping on the holes still under construction. I can’t wait to see the finished product of our first mountain design,” he said in the caption of the video.

Fans flocked to social media to comment on the post – with some noting that Woods appears to still be walking with a hefty limp.

“Hope the course plays faster than the construction updates,” joked one fan.

“Limp looks bad.. It’s gonna be uglier later on.. Sad..,” offered another.
