Paige Spiranac’s bizarre confession about Tiger Woods’ smell: We opened the club, narrow stance… – Luxury Blog

In the world of golf, few figures are as polarizing and captivating as Paige Spiranac. The former professional golfer turned social media influencer recently made headlines with a candid revelation about her encounter with the legendary Tiger Woods. During an interview on Super Bowl LIX radio row, Spiranac recounted a moment that left her both starstruck and, admittedly, a bit embarrassed.

“He gave me a chipping lesson once. It was like the greatest experience of my life,” Spiranac shared. “He smells so good, by the way… Like that was the first thing I noticed.” When pressed further about the scent, she quipped, “Success.”

This humorous yet heartfelt confession didn’t end there. Spiranac admitted that after receiving a hug from Woods, she was so taken by the experience that she refrained from washing her jacket for an “embarrassingly long time.”

“I remember he hugged me, and he smelled so good, and I didn’t take my jacket off or wash it for an embarrassing long time because I was like, ‘I feel and smell like a winner,’” she recalled.

A glimpse into Spiranac’s admiration for Woods

Spiranac‘s admiration for Woods isn’t solely based on his golfing prowess. She has consistently defended him during controversies, emphasizing the importance of understanding and forgiveness.

Regarding Tiger Woods‘ 2009 cheating scandal, Spiranac stated on her podcast, “Even when all this was happening, I think people were being too hard on him. You look at your own life and the things you’ve done, no one lives a perfect life, we all make mistakes.”

Her unwavering support was also evident during the 2023 tampon prank incident involving Woods and Justin Thomas. While many criticized the gesture as inappropriate, Spiranac took to social media to defend Woods, tweeting, “If anyone tries to cancel Tiger over this we riot. It’s funny.”

Beyond her interactions and opinions on Woods, Spiranac has carved a niche for herself in the golfing world. With over 3.6 million followers on Instagram, she has become the most-followed golfer on the platform, surpassing even the likes of Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Rickie Fowler.

Spiranac’s blend of candidness, humor, and genuine passion for the sport continues to endear her to fans worldwide. Her recent confession about Woods adds another layer to her multifaceted persona, showcasing a relatable side of idol admiration that many can resonate with.
